Mr. Chan has been working in the field of credit risk evaluation since 2005. A graduate from Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Mr. Chan is also a Financial Risk Manager certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Mr. Chan began his career with Coface as a credit analyst, promoted to the Regional Management position before moving to his current role focused in large corporate credit analysis at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
