Anthony is the Partner of Aquaseason Professionals. He has more than eighteen years of corporate restructuring and recovery experience including liquidations, receiverships, financial reviews and personal insolvencies. He has handled various administrations in a broad range of industries including fintech, online media platform, insurance, gaming, construction, retail, manufacturing, textiles, building management, publishing, import and export, food and beverage services. 

Anthony was also involved in the restructuring of listed or non-listed companies in Hong Kong. His experience includes the restructuring of a Hong Kong listed energy saving solution provider with heavy debts, the provisional liquidation of a Hong Kong listed apparel retail group with large debts of a Hong Kong listed company, the sale of core operating businesses owned by an aluminum extrusion company in southern China and the exit strategy of a Hong Kong company's investment in a PRC joint venture company. 

Along with the abovementioned expertise, Anthony is also experienced in managing non-performing loans transactions in Hong Kong; and finance companies specialized in mortgage, bridging, corporate and personal loans.  

Anthony is a Fellow Member of HKCCMA, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, Certified Financial Crime Specialist and Certified Financial Consultant.
