Mr. Lo, Executive Councilor, has been a fellow member of the HKCCMA since 2001. He had served as the Chairman of the Education Committee from 2002 to 2004, Secretary and Chairman of the Annual Award Committee from 2004 to 2006, Secretary and Treasurer between 2006 and 2010. In December 2010, Mr. Lo was elected Chairman of the Association and served until 2013.

Mr. Lo has been engaged in the credit industry specializing in credit risk evaluation and management since 1987. He was the Head of Credit Services at Dun & Bradstreet (HK) Ltd between 1989 and 1991, and was responsible for the development of the first computerized trade reference system as well as industry norms reports on key financial ratios on industries in Hong Kong. Between 1991 and 1997, Mr. Lo worked in Canada as an Export Manager at Stadfield Enterprises Limited. Upon his return to Hong Kong in 1997, he joined Communication Business Consulting Limited and subsequently moved to the Hong Kong Branch of Gerling Allgemeine Versicherungs AG in 2000 as Business Development Manager for Trade Credit Insurance. Mr. Lo joined Bayer MaterialScience (Hong Kong) Limited in 2003 as Director of Credit APAC and is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of CFO Functions, Greater China at Covestro Polymers (China) Company Limited.

Mr. Lo is a graduate from the UK in Business and Finance. In 2002, Mr. Lo was accredited the CCCE and in 2006 the CCP designation from ACA International Association The CCCE designation is reserved for those credit professionals who have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in specific skill areas by meeting specific requirements. The CCP designation is reserved to recognize credit professionals in Hong Kong who have practiced in, and have knowledge of, the laws and practices in Hong Kong.
