Ms. Grace Wong (HKCCMA Corporate Member since 2002) (2011 HKCCMA Executive Council Member)

is the Executive Vice President - Information & Claims for Asia Pacific Region of Coface.

Stationed in Hong Kong, Grace supervises the operation of corporate risk analysis, credit information production, claims and receivables management with a team of more than 150 persons located in 13 countries, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. The operations are essential support for the credit insurance business in the region.

She has extensive background in risk management, accounts receivable management, debt recovery and credit advisory with more than 35 years of working experience with the largest credit insurers, financial institutions and multi-national companies both in Hong Kong and overseas countries.

Mr. Germany Heng (FCCMA) (CCP (FCI)) (CCCE) (HKCCMA Vice Chairman since 2013)

Mr. Heng, an Executive Councilor of the Hong Kong Credit & Collection Management Association (HKCCMA), has been engaged in field of financial, professional and credit risks management for over 28 years. His has served HKCCMA since 2000. He was the Chairman of Membership Committee in 2003 and panel committee member of the Editorial, Annual Award and Certification Committees between 2002 – 2005. He was the Chief Editor of the bi-annual publication of the “Who's Who of Credit and Collection Practitioners in Hong Kong & Guangdong 2004 Edition”. He took the Chair Education Committee in 2011 as well has served as the Secretary and Treasurer since 2012. Mr. Heng is a Fellow member of the Association. He served as the Vice President since 2013.

Mr. Heng joined AMTD Group Company as Senior Vice President in Insurance and Risk Solutions team in mid-2016. AMTD is a Hong Kong-based comprehensive financial institution with services coverage across China and the world. It is a leading full-fledged securities service platform and cross-border investment bank in Asia as well as the largest local asset management and corporate insurance brokerage firm in Hong Kong. Prior to joining AMTD, he was the Executive Director of SAL Insurance Brokers Limited, a specialty insurance broker with focus in niche insurance products for the Hong Kong and Asian markets.
