AGM postponed to March 4th 2022.

Dear Members and Guests,

Given the latest tightening of the social distancing measures and the high chance of an policy extension beyond January 20th 2022, the HKCCMA Executive Council decided to postpone the upcoming 2020/2021 AGM Dinner to be held on Friday, January 21st 2022 to Friday, March 4th 2022 at 27th floor, Club Lusitano. By any chance, we shall not be able to hold the AGM on March 4th 2022, a virtual AGM would be in place as an alternative.

We shall presume all RSVPs received for the original AGM continue to stand unless notification is received otherwise. For those who have not responded to the initial invitation, please make your reservation for the AGM dinner on or before February 25th 2022.

We apologize for the postponement. Our top priorities and concerns are the health and safety of members, guests, and staff. We shall continue to provide updates in accordance with the new situation.

We look forward to seeing you on March 4th 2022 at the AGM dinner.
