Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs ("SUCCESS") and Hong Kong Credit and Collection Management Association ("HKCCMA") co-organized a webinar on "Credit and Risk Management Best Practice" via video link on December 8th 2021.

Mr. Bobby Rozario, Chairman of HKCCMA and an expert in credit management delivered a keynote speech on credit management during the webinar. Mr. Rozario emphasized that controlling credit cost and setting rational credit limit were pivotal for the development of businesses. He also shared with attendees tactics for credit management.
