At HKCCMA's 2024–2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), Mr. Benedict C. K. Wong was appointed the first Honorary Chairman of HKCCMA. HKCCMA Chairman Mr. Bobby Rozario presented the honor to him in person.
The purpose of appointing an Honorary Chairman position is to recognize a former Chairman who has demonstrated distinguished leadership in the credit and collection industry and has maintained a strong professional reputation with high ethical standards and integrity over the years.
Criteria for Appointment
√ A Former Chairman of the Association for a tenure of at least one full-term
√ Continue to be a member of the Association beyond his/her tenure consecutively of no less than 10 years
√ Ability to provide strategic guidance and advisory support to the Executive Committee
√ Unanimous endorsement by the Executive Council
