Notice of The Annual Executive Council Elections of HKCCMA

The Annual Executive Council Elections of the Association will be held very soon during the Annual General Meeting.  Exact date of the Annual General Meeting is to be notified in a separate correspondent.

In accordance to our Memorandum of Articles and Association, the Executive Council is eligible of consisting of no more than nine Councilors.

Please click to download the  Nomination Form (PDF format) to make your nomination of candidate(s).  Only Ordinary Member(s), (Fellow, Corporate, and Member), of the Association are eligible to be the candidate(s) of the election.  Association Member is not eligible to run office in the Association.  For details election rules and procedure, you may contact the Membership Section to obtain a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

If you are interested in nominating a member in the election, please fill in the form and return to the Membership Section of the Association at P.O. Box 2697, General Post Office, Hong Kong.  All nomination profiles must be received at the HKCCMA office no later than 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2002.
