Chairman of HKCCMA was awarded Highest Honor from International Trade Association

Benedict Wong receives the “ACA International Member of the Year Award ”from Gary Rippentrop, the CEO of ACA International.

The HKCCMA Chairman, Benedict Wong was awarded the “ACA International Member of the Year Award ”, formerly known as the “Paul Bunyan Award” at ACA International’s 63^rd Annual Convention & Exposition in Orlando, Fla. this summer. ACA’s highest honor, the International Member of the Year award is presented to the individual who, during the past year, is judged to have made the greatest contribution to ACA and the credit and collection industry.

Benedict Wong, an International Director representing the Asia/Pacific area of the globe, has made immeasurable contributions to the international credit and collection industry throughout his career. Because he recognized the value and power of trade associations, Wong became instrumental in founding the Hong Kong Credit and Collection Management Association (HKCCMA). 

One of the primary roles HKCCMA is taking on is promoting professional certification as offered by the Society of Certified Credit and Collection Professionals (SCCCP). Through his tireless efforts, eleven other credit and collection professionals in Hong Kong have earned SCCCP designations since the programs implementation.
