Mr. Rozario, Vice Chairman, has over 19 years of experience in the field.  He also serves as the Chairman of the Annual Award Committee in the year 2002-2003, 2003-2004 , the Director of Survey Committee in 2004-2005, the Director of the Publication Committee in 2006-2007 and the Chief Editor of the Who's Who project in 2007.

Mr. Rozario graduated from a university in Canada with a honour degree in Bachelor of Commerce. Over the years, Mr. Rozario has served as seminar instructor for various trade associations and organizations in Hong Kong, Asia Pacific and Canada on credit and collection topics.   Mr. Rozario has co-authored two books on credit management and debt recovery.  

In 2001, Mr. Rozario was accredited the MCE designation (Master Credit Executive) from ACA International Association (Formerly known as Society of Certified Credit and Collection Professionals (SCCCP). The MCE designation is reserved for those credit professionals who have demonstrated extraordinary professional and leadership capabilities in the credit industry.

Mr. Rozario is currently the Managing Director of Alpha & Leader Risks and Assets Management Co. Ltd., Principal of Alpha & Leader Law Firm in China, CEO of Ader Asset Management Ltd.in Hong Kong and China, and Panel Advisor to Creditguru Inc. in Canada.
