Ms. Betty W. S. Huen , MCCMA CCAE

Ms. Huen, Director of Communication, has been engaged in the credit and collection field for 8 years. Ms. Huen is specialized in organizing educational and workshop seminar on credit and collection topics for various associations in Hong Kong and China.  Since 1999, she has served as a supporting staff to the Executive Council of the Association. 

Ms. Huen is a graduate from a university in Australia with a degree in Hospitality Management.  In 2002, Ms. Huen was accredited the CCAE designation (Certified Collection Agency Executive) from ACA International Association ( Formerly known as The Society of Certified Credit and Collection Professionals (SCCCP).  The CCAE designation is reserved for those credit professionals who have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in specific skill areas by meeting specific requirements.

Ms Huen is currently Senior Manager - Sales and Customer Services of Alpha & Leader Risks & Assets Management Co. Ltd.
